An exhaust air or gas treatment plant only works reliably in the long run if it is checked regularly. We take care of the maintenance of your plant – even if it was not built by us.
What we cover
- Recurring inspection of the plant and its operating parameters
- Checking and replacement of filter materials and packing elements
- Regular flushing of biological desulphurization plants
- Inspection of pumps, fans, valves and instrumentation
- Maintenance as agreed – as a single visit or at a fixed interval
Biological desulphurization plants need to be flushed regularly: the bacteria oxidise part of the hydrogen sulphide to elemental sulphur, which deposits on the packing elements. Flushing removes it before the pressure drop rises and the packed bed clogs.
Our plants are designed from the outset for simple operation and low maintenance effort. Should a fault occur between two maintenance visits, our repair service will help.
