Planning and construction of turnkey plants
We plan, manufacture and supply complete environmental technology plants from a single source. Vessel fabrication, pipework, control systems and installation all come from our own works – you have one contact for the entire project.
From requirement to running plant
- Design for your specific case: volume flow, pollutant and concentration
- Engineering and manufacture of the apparatus, vessels and pipework
- Delivery and on-site installation by our own personnel
- Commissioning and instruction of your operating staff
- Subsequent maintenance on request
Documentation
Complete documentation is part of every plant. The following are produced during planning:
- P&ID (piping and instrumentation diagram)
- Layout planning
- Structural analysis (vessels and foundation)
- Circuit diagram
- Operating manual
After manufacture, installation and commissioning the corresponding records are added. The documents are then brought to as-built status and thus show the plant as it was actually erected.
At the customer's request we supplement the documentation with a 3D model of the plant.
